Top Three Threats to Our Children’s Health

1. Malnutrition or Mis-nutrition? - We are the most over-fed people in history, yet we continue to suffer from conditions caused by bad food choices or misguided nutrition advice*. The effects of these choices include everything from developmental disorders like ADD and Autism, to emotional detachment.

2. Obesity- Our continued food choice errors lead to excessive caloric intake and nutrient deficiencies. This creates a cycle of disease including diabetes and heart disease. Cases of diabetes have alarmingly gone up 90% in the past ten years and are affecting childen at increasingly younger ages! Research shows that simple diet and lifestyle choices may help you prevent or aid in the reversal of symptoms of metabolic disease.

3. Chemical Pollution/ Dioxins and lead- Chemicals in our environment lead to lung problems, cancer and a shortened lifespan.
